Quantum in pop culture
Twenty places quantum mechanics (real or badly mangled) shows up in film and television, and a smaller, honestly-sized set of music that actually touches it. A note on rigor, since that's the whole premise of this site: not everything below is accurate quantum mechanics — a lot of pop culture just borrows the vocabulary for cool-sounding technobabble. Where that's the case, it's called out directly rather than left implied. I also could not responsibly pad the music list to a round 20 — genuine, verifiable "quantum mechanics in rock music" references are a much thinner category than film/TV, and I'd rather ship an honest 10 than invent 10 more. Tell me if you know of a real one I've missed.
